Katie Holmes Y2K-inspired outfit
Katie Holmes made headlines late last year when she showed up to a red carpet event in a Y2K-inspired outfit. And now, the 44-year-old Dawson’s Creek star has once again proven her fearless sense of fashion as she stepped out in New York City on Thursday.
For the occasion, Holmes donned a unique fringe skirt by designer Kate Hundley that was made up of strips of black leather held together by linked rivets. She paired it with a simple white t-shirt tucked into the waistband and a classic brown wool blazer featuring shoulder pads for a preppy touch.
Holmes was on her way to the Laura Pels Theatre for the opening night of her off-Broadway show, The Wanderers, and showed off her toned legs in the striking ensemble.
